Clouder is the Headmaster for Double Dealer. The toy is a redeco of Titan Master Ramhorn.

Kickback is a redeco of the Hasbro version, no new tooling here.
The new paint apps do make him look better than the Hasbro version. I do hope Takara releases Shrapnel and Bombshell in the Legends line with proper chestplates. They were released under the TF Adventure line and had modified chest plates to fit the stickers used for the mobile game apps. Sigh.
