G.i. Joe Club Exclusive Dr. Venom
I decided to bite the bullet and pick up this guy. He was very prominent in the Larry Hama Joe comics, basically, the mad scientist before Dr. Mindbender came along. He invented the Brainwave Scanner, a machine capable of brainwashing its victims and often was used as a plot device throughout the comics run. Dr. Venom eventually died along with Kwinn.
He comes with 2 guns. but they seem a bit too big and he has trouble holding the guns.
Of course, what’s a mad scientist without test tubes, eh?
The man who gives Snake Eyes nightmares (repeatedly) throughout the comic’s run.
