G.i. Joe Figure Subscription Service Bonus Figure (Black Out)
The secret 13th figure for the FSS line is Black Out, a Gi Joe sniper who washed out and was recruited by Cobra. He is also the brother of Barrel Roll. Which makes for some interesting family reunions on the battlefield.
He has an ammo case, similar to Low Light’s, it also has the removable bullet.
The headsculpt is a direct reuse from the old Valor vs. Venom line. The sculpt reminds me of actor Dan Aykroyd.
He also comes with a cellphone(?)
