Transformers Animated Waspinator.
A nice gimmick is this button which makes the wings clap.
Waspinator was originally an Autobot cadet who got framed for being a Decepticon spy (thanks to Bumblebee) and ultimately went nuts while in the Autobot gulag (what do they do to the prisoners in there??). Poor guy eventually became a Predacon thanks to Black Arachnia’s experiment.
