Accessories come in a baggie

Since this is a Third Party, non-official item, it’s best to get some stickers from Reprolabels/Toyhax.com to make this guy more “toon-accurate”.

To apply, I find the best way to stick the stickers on is to use the tip of a blade, this way you have more control over the application, as compared to using just your fingers. You can also use the blade to help gently peel off a corner of the sticker in case you didn’t center it right and need to re-apply.

Huffer is probably the most pessimistic and whiniest of all the Autobots. Constantly complaining and grumbling (like his fellow Autobot, Gears, but to a worse degree), Huffer can’t find joy in anything that he does. Despite his appearance as a “minibot”, he is incredibly strong and has superior mathematical and geometrical abilities, which suits his functions as a “construction engineer” for the Autobot team.

His primary weapon can be folded up and stored onboard his vehicle mode.

Huff stands roughly 5.75 inches and weighs 151 Grams.

Diecast parts include:
-Feet
-Connectors to MP-10 Prime’s Trailer

Alternate “yelling” face plate included

The set also includes a “laser rifle” weapon for Huff.

Comparison with Takara Masterpieces.

Overall, this is quite an improvement over the original Badcube Huff V1 version. With improved joints, better “more cartoon accurate” design (though the vehicle mode isn’t still quite G1 accurate), this is still the best Masterpiece Huffer out there (the more recent Final Victory version wasn’t up to MP par, sadly). Fans Toys teased they’re also making a Huffer but it usually takes a long while for them to make things happen.

I can’t believe it’s been so many years since Badcube started the whole “Third Party Masterpiece” thing, that’s grown into other toy companies getting in on the action. Sadly, more recently, Badcube doesn’t seem to have any new offerings in the pipeline. I guess they couldn’t keep up? It certainly is an interesting turn of events what happened to them.
