Raymond Terrill is the son of the original Ray, Langford “Happy” Terrill. Like his father, he can absorb, store and process light to fly, create constructs, fire beams of radiation and even render himself and others invisible.

In his energy form he’s invulnerable and can fly across space at the speed of light.
