Transformers United Ark Unicron
Ark Unicron is a repaint from the Cybertron line, hence the Cyber Planet Key gimmick. His vehicle mode is some sort of space tank but the color scheme is meant to be a match to the G1 Autobot ship, the Ark.
Cyber Planet key unlocks his chest cannon.
