Marvel Legends Sylvie
The female variant of Loki from another universe, Sylvie Laufeydottir is a princess of Asgard. Taken by the Time Variance Authority and watching her parents be erased when she was just a child, she escaped and swore revenge on the TVA.
The likeness of actress Sophia Di Martino is pretty good.
Too bad her hood can’t be placed over her head.
In the series, her version of Loki’s horned helmet has a broken left horn.
She comes with her sword. I can’t recall if the sword has any magical properties.
Her robe tends to get in the way of her articulation.
Thankfully the robe can be removed.
Overall, a pretty underwhelming figure (just like the rest of the Marvel Legends Disney+ Watcher wave). I only got this went it went on deep clearance on Amazon. While I’m not a big fan of the character, I did like the Loki series enough to try to complete the main cast. The figure really feels out of place with the rest of the cartoony “What If…?” wave and I think the Loki crew should’ve been given their own wave.
Loki Season 2 is coming soon and I hope the writing and story do better than most Disney+ shows.
