Marvel X-men ’97 Wolverine
Easily the most popular X-man around, Wolverine is the best at what he does! A skilled hand-to-hand fighter with a mutant healing factor and an indestructible Adamantium-laced skeleton and claws, all wrapped in a ferocious package, Wolverine is almost unbeatable.
Easily the best-looking Wolverine in the Legends line by far for me.
An improvement over the previous yellow Wolverine figures is the new sculped “briefs” for the thigh area. Previously, these were just painted on extensions.
Lol… even the hairs on his biceps are sculpted now. I love it!

An unmasked Logan head comes with the set.
Pretty good. We even get some stubble on his chin.
To complete his “unmasked” look, the set even comes with a cowl to attach to the figure, you’ll have to remove the head first, though.

Overall, yep, easily the best Wolverine figure for me. It captures the ’97 toon Wolverine’s look perfectly, as it should. The costume for me is pretty iconic, as I wasn’t really a big X-men fan back in the day until the animated series came along and getting this guy now feels like reliving piece of my high school days.
I missed out on this guy the first time they released him, thank goodness Hasbro decided to do re-runs for the ’97 wave. Secondary market prices for this guy is insane.
