Super Grover from Palisades Toys
It took me a while to figure out how to get the cape off, turns out you just leave it on when he transforms into “Grover Kent”
-The legs are more or less fixed in position, elbows are bendy though, finger’s aren’t. Another plus is that the box art was done by Alex Ross
It’s too bad the line is long gone now, there was supposed to be a Sesame Street series to follow after the Muppets line, but that’s a pipe dream now.
