Mattycollector Exclusive DCUC Infinite Earths Phantom Stranger
Another classic DC character is added to the ranks. A lot of recycled parts here though, I think that’s Martian Manhunter’s cape with a standard “Clark Kent” body. It’s a shame he doesn’t come with any accessory or effects though.
