Well… she is a definite improvement from the older version (sorry I couldn’t find the older version for a comparison pic).
I’m fairly sure the cape from the first figure fits this version of Emma.

Build-a-figure Puck
Surprisingly, this BAF series still sports mini-bios of the BAF unlike the Rocket Raccoon series which no longer has the mini-bios.
