The evil brother of Marvel’s Wonder Man. His powers were originally tech-based but later on, he gains magical-based powers instead, even gaining the ability to never die.

Hmm.. not really a big fan of the MCU take on this villain, from the characterization to the design.
Is it just me, or does he look kinda sad?
