Based on the 1974 movie incarnation of Mechagodzila, the latest addition to the DX Soul of Chogokin line features light up eyes and electronic roar sounds. The electronics also feature the iconic “Space beam” sound effect, as well as “Cross attack beam” sound effect when you open up his front chest hatch. All of the switches for the sound effects are cleverly hidden throughout Mechagodzilla’s dorsal fins.
Mechagodzilla’s wrist also feature a spring-release “wrist action” gimmick.
The set also includes alternate “Flight Form” head and tail parts, as well as “Flight Mode” sound effects. A display base for Mechagodzilla is also included.
