Fast Draw
Fast Draw was one of the few Joes I used to have as a kid, I loved the missile array backpack but I really hated the studs on his body. This version uses the 25th Anniversary Blowtorch body with a Airtight head.

When all else fails, he has his trusty revolver to fall back on.
His revolver can be holstered on his right leg.
Lt. Clay Moore
Based on a character that appeared in the Sunbow Era cartoons, Clay Moore started out as a Cobra trooper who gained Cobra Commander’s favor by exposing Dusty as a spy for the Joes working inside Cobra (The Traitor, part 2). Clay Moore’s head is a reuse of the Tombstone head from the Duke 2 pack.
CQC (Close Quarter Combat)
Weapons can be sheathed and holstered.
He comes with a bazooka and rockets from the Joe Steel Brigade for some reason.
Rifle
Not bad. I can definitely see this guy being up there as a “unique” character alongside the other Cobra higher ups.
