Blizzard
Blizzard never appeared in any of the cartoons and only briefly appeared in one issue of the IDW Comics run, it’s said that he may be the toughest and meanest of the Joe arctic specialists, usually preferring to work alone and hates being around others.
The rack on the backpack can be used to hold his skis and ski poles.
