Dee-jay
Ahh Deejay, one of the rarely mentioned members of Battle Force 2000, and for good reason, the poor guy died in his first appearance.
Dee-jay comes with a pistol, a rifle that resembles his vintage figure and Dial Tone’s backpack.
In the vintage line, Dee-jay came with a very unique and awkward looking “build a comms system” backpack. I’m not entirely sure if it would work here, but I think the Dial Tone backpack seems like an odd choice for a “futuristic tech” accessory.
Corrosion
Based on Brazilian toy company Estrela’s repaint of Dee-jay as a Cobra agent under the Eco Warriors (Forca Eco) Joe sub-line, he was originally known as Corrosao.
He comes with a rifle and grenade launcher.
Sadly, he can’t really hold the grenade launcher that well.
In case you missed it, he’s practically an entire repaint of Dee-jay. With a Techno-viper vest added in.
I understand the Joe club was pressed for time when the Joecon 2017 was officially announced (2016 was supposedly the final year for a ‘con) so I guess I’m ok with them doing a “twin” 2 pack this time around, but hopefully this won’t happen again with the 2018 (final) Joecon.
