Doc’s a pacifist (much like Lifeline) so I’m assuming that’s a flare gun he’s holding and that’s a signal flare rocket launcher at his feet.
Doc’s stretcher can be used by most figures (note that the clips won’t fit on Shipwreck’s thick arms, the same goes for CrankCase)
