The RX-79[G] Ez8 is a customized Gundam Ground type piloted by Shiro Amada in the Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team OVA series. After his Gundam received heavy damage following a battle with the Apsaras II, Shiro’s Gundam gets overhauled with heavy modifications. The unit is renamed Ez8 (Extra-zero 8).

RGM·S-Sh-WF/S-00116·Ap-A Shield – an improved version of the standard GM shield, this one features a reinforced armored plated added to the shield to increase durability. The shield is still constructed using Luna Titanium alloy.

Ez8’s “Federation standard issue” YHI YF-MG100 100mm machine gun. Like the Gundam Ground Type, the Gundam Ez8 carries two spare magazines on its side skirt armor

The 100mm machine gun could utilize three different types of ammunitions: HEAT (High Explosive Anti Tank), APFSDS (Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Discarding-Sabot), and HESH (High Explosive Squash Head).

X.B.Sa-G-03 Beam Saber – powered by a rechargeable energy capacitor, the Beam Sabers emit a blade of plasma energy, capable of cutting through anything that does not have an anti-beam coating.

Overall, pretty good. I actually got this as part of a bundle with my SOC Gx-96 Getter Go purchase. I was quite surprised at how much stuff came with this figure, after previously only handling the G and Nu Gundams, which really didn’t come with much in terms of accessories. This one comes with more or less everything from the OVA, plus, the figure is pretty fun to handle and is based on one of my favorite Gundam series. This may well be the best Gundam Universe figure for me thus far.
