Marvel Legends MCU Bruce Banner

After Doctor Bruce Banner experimented on himself with Gamma Rays in order to replicate the Super Soldier Serum that gave Captain America his powers, his body now transforms whenever he experiences anger or anxiety, changing into the powerful brute known as the incredible Hulk!

The likeness for actor Mark Ruffalo is pretty good. It’s based on his appearance in The Avengers: Infinity War movie. Personally, I would’ve preferred his look from the first Avengers movie.
Since this figure came out a while back, it’s still using the older “pinned” knee joints for civilian figures.
Sadly, that also means it comes with the terrible, terrible feet from back in the day. These are a real pain to stand the figure up compared to the newer civilian feet in the Legends line.
While the figure doesn’t come with much, it does come with a pair of open hands so he can do this pose. (Insert sarcastic “Hurray”… )
Since I’m too lazy to dig out MCU Hulk from storage, I’ll have to revisit this later on for a proper comparison shot.
Overall, not much to say about this figure. I am glad Hasbro finally got around to releasing this guy, since he does technically count as a character missing from the Infinity Saga and it is nice to get him without having to buy Hulk all over again. But I do wish they included something for Bruce to be posed with. Easily the least interesting figure in the entire wave. I’m really glad I waited for it to go on clearance before picking him up.
On a side note, I look forward to the day Hasbro releases an Edward Norton Bruce Banner figure, but that’s about as likely as Hasbro lowering their SRPs across the board. lol…
