Power Rangers Lightning Collection Blue Ranger
The “brains” of the Power Rangers team, Billy Cranston (played by actor David Yost) is the Blue Ranger.
In the Japanese Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger series, the Blue Ranger is known as the TriceraRanger, whose real name is Dan (played by actor Hideki Fujiwara).

The lance can also separate into two short spears.
Alternate “unmasked” head sculpt.
Pretty decent head sculpt here, I’m not sure if there was a way to improve the glasses but it is what it is.
Funfact: When actor David Yost tried out for a role on the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers series, he was initially cast as the Red Ranger/ Jason, he passed on the role and opted to be the Blue Ranger character instead.
