S.H. Figuarts My Hero Academia Great Murder Explosion God Dynamight (Katsuki Bakugo)

Katsuki Bakugo is Izuku Midoriya’s classmate since elementary. Brash, aggressive and arrogant, Katsuki sees himself as Izuku’s superior due to his inborn powers. Adopting the codename “Great Murder Explosion God Dynamight”, Katsuki trains himself hard to show Izuku who the next number one hero is going to be.

Bakugo’s quirk consists of his body producing nitroglycerin-like sweat, which he can detonate on command. The more sweat he builds up before mentally giving the command to explode, the more powerful the explosions become.

Kacchan’s hero costume’s mask has extensions to the sides of his head, taking the shape of flares.
The outfit here is based on his look during the Final War. Bakugo now wears his winter suit full time to maximize his sweat production.
He still utilizes his Grenade Gauntlets from his first costume, these gauntlets store up his nitroglycerin-like sweat, which Katsuki can release and detonate over a long-sustained battle without having to continuously sweat a lot.
The set comes with extra facial expressions for Great Murder Explosion God Dynamight.
I really like the look of his final costume.
Explosion effects parts can be plugged into his alternate hands.
Great Murder Explosion God Dynamight can fly through the air by constantly detonating his stored sweat, propelling him forward, even allowing him to change his trajectory in mid-air when he needs to.
The set also comes with an unmasked Katsuki face and alternate back-of-the-head (maskless) pieces.
With S.H. Figuarts Deku (Izuku Midoria).

Classmates since childhood, Katsuki initially really hated and bullied Izuku since the latter was born without powers but still persisted in his goal to be a hero like All Might. Katsuki eventually matures through the events of the show’s seven seasons and recognizes Izuku as someone better than he could hope to be. Katsuki Bakugo probably has the most character growth in the series, IMHO.

Overall, I like it! Katsuki Bakugo is one of the more interesting and entertaining characters on My Hero Academia and I love how he matures as the show progresses. I am glad Bandai went straight to the Final War costume, too, since this is easily his best looking get-up in the whole series.
