S.H. Figuarts Ochaco Uraraka
One of the first few people Izuku Midoria meets at the UA entrance exam, Ochaco Uraraka is a warm, positive person who always sees the brighter side of things. She uses her quirk, “Zero Gravity”, to make anything she touches become weightless and float.
While her power allows her to make anyone and anything float, Ochaco herself easily becomes nauseated when she makes herself float. Her hero gear is designed to help her combat the effects of the nausea when she uses her powers on herself. For example. her helmet has a function that helps reduce the stimulation of the semicircular canals located inside each ear. 
Her gauntlets also have devices that produce pressure like a blood pressure gauge, in order to stimulate pressure points around the wrist area to suppress nausea.
Originally, Ochaco’s footwear was designed to only have shock absorbers. This was later upgraded to have thrusters underneath to allow her to propel herself while she’s floating.
While she may seem ditzy, Uraraka is very determined to become a famous hero, in order to create a happy, comfortable future for her mom and dad.
The set also provides us with an alternate helmetless, happy Ochaco parts.
To showcase her powers, the set comes with an optional right hand that shows her executing her ability to float anything she touches. It’s a bit off, but I guess it’s still good Bandai decided to include something for her.
To deactivate or release her Zero Gravity ability, she just needs to touch her fingertips together.
To give her more mobility and control when in combat, Ochaco’s gauntlets are eventually upgraded to have grappling hooks so she can tether herself to her targets when they’re floating.
Probably one of Uraraka’s most important moments in the My Hero Academia series was when she used a megaphone to speak to refugees taking shelter at UA to convince them to let Deku rest at the school despite being hunted by All for One and his villains. The set provides the megaphone for you to recreate the scene too.
Lastly, she comes with an alternate head from the time Himiko Toga copied her looks in the series (a lot to unpack there). It’s a bit creepy for me though.
Overall, pretty good. While I’m not the biggest Ochaco fan, I think Bandai did the character a solid by including effects parts and her grappling hooks in this mass retail set. Plus they didn’t make her a P-Bandai website exclusive!
I hope Bandai continues to the make the rest of UA Class 1-A. I may pass on the villains (never really felt their backstories were that interesting), but I would love to complete Izuku and his friends.
