An expert marksman in his own right, this Nebulan Targetmaster has the unfortunate luck to be binary-bonded to Sureshot, who rarely acknowledges Spoilsport’s contributions in battle. Creating competitive friction between the two partners.
Sureshot
Brash and arrogant, Sureshot has a big, overconfident ego. Already an expert marksman, he’s resentful of the fact that he’s partnered with a Targetmaster who makes shooting targets accurately much, much easier, as he would rather show off his own skills and hog all the sharpshooting glory all to himself.

You can opt for Spoilsport be stowed away on Sureshot’s back in robot mode.

With the release of Sureshot, we now have all three Autobot Targetmasters in modern tooling.
Crosshairs (Siege line 2020) with Pinpointer (Takara Legends Windblade or Netflix Siege Megatron)
Point Blank (Legacy line 2023)
Supposedly, there are Third Party upgrade kits out there for these three Autobot Targetmasters, so you can change their heads into the Takara anime headsculpts (vastly different from the US Sunbow Season 4 animation model heads). These kits also provide covers for the hollowed-out parts of the toys so they don’t look so empty. I haven’t really tried them out myself (the heads are pricey on Ebay, roughly $30 apiece) but they do sound interesting.

In weapon mode, Spoilsport can be pegged onto the vehicle mode’s hood.
Overall, pretty good. We finally have all three Autobot Targetmasters. It only took Hasbro six years to complete the crew. Sigh… talk about taking their sweet time.
I didn’t have time to dig out the other Targetmasters for a proper group shot, guess that’s something for me to do down the road.
