Transformers Age of the Primes Leader Class Megatronus The Fallen

Before anything, the set comes with a few add-ons that you’re supposed to equip on the figure. Starting with his left shoulder’s missile pod.
Next, to complete The Fallen’s look, you’ll need to slap on the flame effects too.
Also, remember to equip this cannon piece onto his backpack. It took me a moment to realize it has a hinge joint. Lol..

One of the first thirteen Transformers created by Primus (the creator of the Transformers race and is actually the planet Cybertron itself) to fight Unicron, Megatronus was the strongest and most powerful of the Primes. An argument with Solus Prime would result in a tragic event which would become the undoing of the Primes as well as Megatronus being renamed as “The Fallen”.

Even without any weapons in hand, this guy looks really imposing.

As a Leader Class figure, it features opening hands.
Megatronus comes with is iconic Requiem Blaster.
Created with the help of his lover, Solus Prime, the blaster would become instrumental in the Primes’ ultimate battle against Unicron, defeating the Chaos Bringer and sending him into the far reaches of space to recover.
The cannon would later serve as inspiration for Megatron’s Fusion Cannon.

Yeah, with the cannon equipped, he looks super imposing.
Apart from the Requiem Blaster, The Fallen also comes with several weapons, such as the Spark Fuser staff.

He also comes with his Energon Machete.

Both weapons can be mounted onto his backpack when not in use.

It has been retconned in recent years to the Transformers lore that Megatron used Megatronus’ visage to serve as the symbol for the Decepticons.

The flame effects parts can also be equipped onto the tank mode to make it look even more menacing.
A pretty nifty feature for this tank mode is that its turret can rotate and the cannon can elevate. Something we rarely get with most tanks in the Generations scale.
Megatronus’ weapons can be combined and mounted onto the side of his tank mode.
Overall, pretty cool. The Fallen was always one of the coolest villains to come out from Transformers lore in recent years, with each iteration of the franchise revealing more about his backstory and his ultimate goal. I love the effects parts they put in and the little details and weapons just come together quite nicely.
An interesting bit of trivia, it seems that the designers do not have any plans to reuse this mold for any particular repainted character, supposedly. Meaning this guy will be unique in shape and form. Hmm..
