Transformers Power of the Primes Combiner Abominus
Supposedly, Abominus is the most mindless of all the Decepticon combiners. Charging in with pure rage and fury and nothing else, Abominus actually never speaks, just growls like a mad dog when in battle.
Interestingly, even though Abominus is imposing, he’s actually easy to beat. Computron figured out how to beat Abominus by vibrating the latter until the Terrorcons came apart. Later on, when allied with the Quintessons, he was installed with a timer to force him to separate into his individual units as well to better control the berserker team.
Ugh.. I really hate the small feet Hasbro included.
The Terrorcon Enigma can be attached to a hatch on his chest.
With this release, we pretty much wrap up the original G1 combiner teams redone in modern times, with the exception maybe of the Seacons. I wonder if we’ll see them one day?
A part of me wishes Takara still made a boxset for this guy, seems wrong he’s the only combiner not to get a full team boxset for the Japanese release.
