Red Heat is described as an action junkie, usually pushing himself too far when it comes to rescues and risking his own safety.
Stakeout
According to his bio, Stakeout was the previous leader of the Rescue Patrol, his overzealous attitude and constant rule breaking led to him turning over leadership of the team to Fixit, Stakeout soon learned the error of his ways and supports his friend in his new role as team leader.
Utilizing the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, (aka The Cybertronian Omnifunctional Modular Battlefield Assault Tech System), they form the Binerboost Salvage Blaster.
Yeaaah… not one of the better concepts IMHO.
