The included mini-comic on the back of the manual will make you go WTF..
Blackarachina is a retool of the Transformers Animated version of the character.
There is some issue with the tooling of this fig, there’s a huge gap under her neck in robot mode that makes her look really weird. You’re supposed to push her chest up (requires force, do NOT push on the clear plastic parts, fold those down FIRST). Pushing on the chest will narrow the gap a bit.
Lol… only in Japan. Her chest is a bit… bigger than I recall…

Making her knees a bit bent kind of fixes the height difference…
