Doyusha Macross VFX2 1/144 YF-19A
A gift from my nephew (thanks, Luke!), it’s pretty cool, the whole thing is diecast metal with the exception of the wings, they’re plastic.
The wings retract almost 180 degrees. Nice.
The ship spans roughly 5 inches.
The wheels on the landing gear don’t roll though.
I really like this item, simple and elegant thanks to all the metal. I understand Doyusha also made several other Macross VF jets. I should probably keep an eye out for the others.
