Super Skrull has all of the Fantastic Four’s powers plus the ability to hypnotize people.
Articulation-wise, there’s not much here. Ball jointed neck, and no articulation for knees and elbows.
The Brood
The Brood are an insect race, usually laying eggs in their intended hosts. 
The tendrils aren’t bendy, some articulation is present in the head, shoulders and legs.
