Transformers Legacy Deluxe Class Diaclone Universe Twin Twist
Hasbro really cut down the cardboard of the inner tray here.
Twin Twist is the more violent brother of the Autobot Jumpstarter twins. Proud of how much damage and destruction his drills can create, Twin Twist would easily fit in with the Decepticons if he wanted to. Highly prone to extreme violence, he feels right at home with the Wreckers, an elite Autobot fighting force composed of the toughest fighters around.
The figure is a straight up redeco of Titans Return Twin Twist based on his original Pre-Transformers Diaclone toy.
As part of the Legacy Wreck N’ Rule Collection, Twin Twist comes with the handle part to the cardboard “build a hammer” gimmick for this sub-line.
To make Twin Twist more accurate to his toy designs, make sure to flip out his knee pads.
He comes with twin Semi-Automatic Cannon-Rifles
According to the manual the twin Semi-Automatic Cannon-Rifles can also be mounted on his shoulders.
Head Off! As a leftover from the Titans Return run, Twin Twist’s head can be removed to reveal Titan Master Flameout.

According to his bio, Flameout allows his host to accurately target a Transformer’s transformation cog, which causes rapid, continuous transformations in the target bot to the point of triggering a meltdown.
The twin Semi-Automatic Cannon-Rifles can combine to form a sled for Flameout to use.
The twin Semi-Automatic Cannon-Rifles can be mounted on the alt mode.
Flameout can also ride inside the vehicle mode.
You can almost make him out inside the c0ckpit when he’s inside.
Overall, a pretty decent redeco. I do like the Diaclone colors’ throwback to the vintage Baku-ten Attack Robo/ Split-Change Attack Robot days of this character (certainly beats the nearly all-white colors of the G1 IMHO). I just hope Hasbro rolls out Top Spin in his Diaclone colors later on as well to pair up with this guy.
