Transformers Legacy Deluxe Class Dragstrip
A sore loser who prefers being scrapped as opposed to losing, Dragstrip relishes his small victories over his opponents, so that he can massively gloat in their faces. The other Decepticons all hate his obnoxious ego, even Megatron. If it weren’t for the fact that he forms Menasor with his fellow Stunticons, he probably would’ve been blasted by his fellow Decepticons ages ago.
For the figure to be cartoon-accurate, you have to fully remove the front bumpers from the shoulders in robot mode. Unfortunately, doing so will still leave the pegs sticking out like sore thumbs.
Always the gloater…
Dragstrip comes with his gravity-enhancing Gravito-Guns
The gravito-guns can be combined to form a dual blaster.
The gravito-guns can also be mounted on the vehicle mode.
Interesting design here, so Dragstrip’s head becomes the seat in the vehicle mode.
Overall, a big improvement over the previous Combiner Wars figure in terms of G1 cartoon accuracy. I’m really glad Hasbro decided to revisit the Stunticons, as the CW versions were the least impressive group amongst the combiners.
