Transformers Legacy Evolution Deluxe Class Breakdown

Make sure to check the back of the tray for the Concussion Rifle and spoiler accessories.

Breakdown is extremely paranoid, thinking that everyone and everything is looking at him or out to grab him. A nerve-racked mess, this Stunticon prefers solitude. Being stuck in traffic alongside others is his worse nightmare.

The figure is actually a retool of Legacy Stunticon Wildrider.

Breakdown comes with his Concussion Rifle, which causes mechanical malfunctions in other machines.

Note that his gun is actually painted black on white plastic, so there is a tendency for the paint to chip off if not properly handled.

As he is a retool of Wildrider, his vehicle mode’s spoiler can come off and be re-equipped on robot mode.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can really attach it on to give it meaning. The manual indicates attaching the spoiler to the rifle, but it looks awkward, and it might also damage the paint on the gun.

You can also try to post it back on the original position, but again, it looks awkward and gets in the way of articulation.

The Concussion Rifle can be stowed away underneath the vehicle mode. Again, be wary of repeatedly doing this as it will cause paint chips on the rifle.

Comparison with Wildrider.

I didn’t put the spoiler in to highlight the similarities of the figures.

Overall, not bad. It’s a step up from the old Combiner Wars figure, but I do wish they gave him a totally unique mold here instead of rehashing Wildrider. Ah, well, at least it gets the job done.
